Adopt Flynn the Floating Dog

Today’s post is contributed by Jo Ellen Thomas. She is a volunteer with Hardin County Animal Shelter located at 220 Peterson Dr. in Elizabethtown.

Jason: “Namaste,” says Flynn the floating dog. Okay, he’s not really floating in this picture but he sure had me fooled when I first saw it.

Flynn is a wonderful dog and he has been at the Hardin County Animal
Shelter since before I resigned my position. I would estimate that he’s been there since the beginning of April.

Jo Ellen: Flynn is a male kelpie/border collie mix who is one of the shelters longest residents. Flynn is desperately looking for an active, high energy friend. Flynn is 2-3 years old and is totally spring loaded. He would make a great running buddy or even may excel in agility. Flynn is a friendly dog but plays a bit rough for smaller dogs. Flynn loves playing fetch and gets excited over his toys and thrives on a bit of attention. If you would like to meet this handsome fellow, he accepts visitors at the Hardin County Animal Shelter.
